help!odd dog behaviour!?

i have a west hiland terrior but she has like a fetish.when ever i let her off the ;ead she finds other dog.excrement and rolls around in it!its so disgusting and so noticable as she is white!is this normal?what does it mean? oh by the way she is a girl and was neutered.shes four years old.thanks! yo spelling person!. i should have thought this through.

Dogs will often roll in smelly areas, for a number of reasons. Basically, if you are off of your own property, your dog should be on leash it is the safest thing for your own dog, and will also make sure they don't get into trouble.
