Why does my boyfriend of 2 years never want to have sex?

I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years and I'm extremely happy.
only problem is that he never wants to have sex(I'm positive he's not gay). He does have vertigo, which he is getting therapy for, and for the past 7 month has been nursing a bad back and elbow.I realize that of course those things wouild have an effect on our sex life, but he never wants it at ALL! Two times a month and I'm lucky. I've tried initiating it (unsuccessfully), offered to try different positions, porn, toys, talking to him..Nothing works! He just says it's because his back/elbow/vertigo. and makes me feel selfish or like I'm totally sex-obsessed and that's all I want.
someone PLEASE give me some advice or tips?!

Angeleila, Your bf's vertigo, coupled with back problems can certainly be the culprit behind his lack of sex drive.
people experience such conditions first-hand, it's difficult to understand how such things can affect one's normal sex desires.
say you've tried initiating it, etc., but have you tried to simply talk to him about the situation? I'm sure he's not at all happy about his low sex drive, especially if he's specially attracted to you as well.
discussing your concerns and see what he has to say.
he is gay or cheating, I'm sure he'll be willing to talk to you as well. Whatever you do, don't let years pass without talking to each other. If so, too much water will have passed under the bridge and it's difficult to rekindle what you once had. Be agressive and let him know that you care about him and you're concerned about his lack of sexual feelings toward you. I'm pretty sure he'll open up if you approach it in a positive manner.
