Wet Dreams/Masturbation.?

Okay, if i go more then 3 days without Masturbating i end up having a Wet Dream, Is this normal and why?? i am 14.

    At your age wet dreams are a natural occurance unless you are regularly masturbating. I remember my wet dreams being so great! Like having sex with someone who is off limits in real life and you can only admire from afar during the daytime..
