i am getting addicted to masturbation and dont wanna be! any help or tips plz? help me plz!?

i started at the age of 12 and now cant stop. i sometimes do it even when i dont want to and its really getting in the way of things i mean i am even christian and i do a lot of christian stuff i even have a huge youth group! i really want to stop but its hitting me like drugs i dont do drugs i am just saying that is how addicting it is) please help me and be nice about your answers

    Don't be too concerned about it.

    are at the age when your dong becomes your best friend. It's natural and as you grow older the urge will become less and less.

    I agree that it is addictive.

    you will find that you're doing it less and less over time, and it's completely normal for someone of your age. It's not sinful, and you're not hurting yourself or anyone else.

    more you worry about it, the more upset you will get, and the more you'll do it. So stop worrying.
