why is it if a teen girl from a well educated, well to do family gets pregnant the parents are more likely to let her get an abortion than a girl from a poor, uneducated family? usually teen mothers are from poorer uneducated families and it's not because only those girls are having sex.

of the trampiest girls i have known have been from wealthy, educated families. is it because the more educated and successful parents look more at the big picture, such as how their daughters life could be ruined, instead of letting religion cloud their judgement? a girl i know who got pregnant in high school came from a wealthy, educated, yet catholic family.

mother was smart enough to know that a kid at such a young age would destroy her daughters future so she didn't stand in the way of her daughter getting an abortion because of some stupid religious nonsense.
